Ru'yah Learning Ltd

1. Definitions

"The Centre" refers to Ru'yah Learning Ltd.

"The Parent/Carer", "Payee", or "You" refers to any adult responsible for payment of fees.

"The Student" refers to the enrolled child.

"Services" refers to all classes, tuition, learning materials, and related educational provision.

"Academic Year" refers to the full teaching year as determined by the Centre.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering a student with Ru'yah Learning Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Centre and the Payee.

2.3 These Terms take effect from January 2026 and supersede all previous fee and payment agreements.

3. Academic Year Commitment

3.1 Registration constitutes a commitment for the entire academic year.

3.2 Fees are calculated based on staffing, facilities, and operational planning undertaken in reliance on confirmed enrolments.

3.3 Withdrawal, non-attendance, or change in personal circumstances does not release the Payee from financial obligations.

4. Fees and Payment Obligations

4.1 The Payee agrees to pay all fees in accordance with the selected payment plan.

4.2 All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 The Centre reserves the right to revise fees with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Methods

5.1 The Centre accepts the following payment methods:

  • Direct Debit via GoCardless
  • Online debit or credit card payments
  • Apple Pay
  • Cash payments (in person)
  • Card machine payments (in person)

5.2 Direct Debit is mandatory for all monthly payment plans.

5.3 The Payee is responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment details.

5.4 The Centre shall not be liable for failed payments arising from insufficient funds, expired cards, or cancelled mandates.

6. Payment Plans

6.1 Monthly Payment Plan

  • £45 per calendar month
  • Payable exclusively via Direct Debit
  • Payments are collected automatically

6.2 Termly Payment Plan

  • £160 per term
  • Payable in advance of the term start date
  • Where a term is shorter than four months, the Centre may apply a discretionary fee adjustment

6.3 Yearly Payments

  • Not offered as a standard option
  • May be considered only following direct discussion
  • Approval remains at the sole discretion of the Centre

7. Study Pack

7.1 A mandatory study pack is required for all students.

7.2 The fee is £30, payable upon registration.

7.3 The study pack fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Refunds

8.1 All tuition fees are non-refundable once paid.

8.2 This applies to monthly and yearly payment arrangements without exception.

8.3 For termly payees only, refund requests may be considered on a discretionary basis.

8.4 No refund is guaranteed, and no entitlement to a refund exists.

8.5 The study pack fee is strictly non-refundable.

9. Late or Failed Payments

9.1 A seven (7) day grace period applies to all missed or failed payments.

9.2 If payment is not resolved within this period:

  • The student's place will be paused
  • Attendance will cease until payment is received

9.3 Continued non-payment may result in:

  • Formal discussion with the Payee
  • Withdrawal of the student's place

9.4 Once withdrawn, reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

10. Termination

10.1 The Centre reserves the right to terminate enrolment for persistent non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10.2 Termination does not negate outstanding financial obligations.

11. Policy Variation

11.1 The Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11.2 Updated Terms will be published on the website or communicated directly.

11.3 Continued enrolment constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
